Kathryn Armour is a professional singer and voice teacher and works with all levels of musicians from serious beginners to professional singers.  All voice lessons include Alexander Technique.

Kathryn also enjoys applying the AT and voice work to the needs of lawyers and business professionals who need to present their work publicly.  Learning the Alexander Technique is a remarkably successful way to improve the use of the voice, enhance communication skills, learn to think on your feet, and overcome stage fright all at once.

The therapeutic aspects of the technique are well documented.  Kathryn welcomes the opportunity to help those with hip and knee replacements, and other physical challenges, including pain.
