Amy Ward Brimmer has been investigating mindfulness since childhood, and the Alexander Technique since 1989. She received teacher qualification from her mentor Alan Katz in 1995 and is a teaching member of Alexander Technique International.

Amy teaches groups and individuals in Yardley, PA. Although the AT can be applied to any activity and most people can benefit from it, Amy has expertise and a special interest in the challenges faced by performers, parents, and those in the caring professions, such as massage therapists, medical workers, and spiritual leaders. She is also a qualified teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and enjoys leading Qigong classes throughout the Philadelphia area.
